HOW TO FIND AND REPLACE IN WORD
At the stage when you are working with longer documents, it is inclined to be troublesome and tedious to obtain a specific word or saying. Word may hence seem through your report using the Locate highlight, and it lets you quickly alter words or expressions using Replace. Let us discuss Locate a Text TO FIND TEXT To locate all events of a particular name. • In the Home tab, then click the Locate sequence. • The Sheet will appear on the left corner of this display. • Sort the content you want to find from the area in the maximum point of the road sheet. We will type the term we are looking for. • In case the material is located from the report, it is going to be featured in yellow, and a view of the results are going to appear from the road sheet. Then again, you could click one of those results underneath the bolts to jump to it. • At the stage when you're finished, click on the X to close down the sheet.
